It was the first time that I tried tempeh , and now is one of my favorite protein source. The important point is the marinade ( the same with tofu ) , but the tempeh texture is really nice . I used it for a club sandwich 🥪 with lettuce 🥬, tomatoes , cesar sauce. #tempeh #veganisnotscary #veganin2021
