What made this so special to me was the breading, which had this cornflake-like quality so it was extra crispyyyy 😍 the cutlet itself is on the thinner side but still has enough chew and does leave me satisfied. Pretty pricey though for just 2 pieces especially compared to other brands I’ve seen around, but I’d still get it again as a once in a while treat. Had this with my quinoa red pesto salad and it was 👌🏽👌🏽
