CeresOrganics Young Jackfruit for ~ $3-4.

Still wouldn't usually gravitate towards jackfruit being a staple for me but this was relatively cheap and I had in mind to pair it with the mince - which definitely worked! ✨🙌 Masked the sweeter flavour but made the 'mince' juicier bc of the sweetness/liquids from the jackfruit. Didn't slice my thumb opening this one 😅🤣

weeney It really is only used for its 'fleshy' looking vibe but the taste itself is still sweet no matter how much you season or flavour it. Defs cheap tho and not bad every once in a while! Mixing it with mock meats masks the sweetness ✨1 likeReply
