Not my favorite mac n'cheese, however there is versability in this dish that works well with additional flavors added. The flavor is very bland in both my spouse and my opinions. I followed the cooking instructions of the longer cooking time listed for the pasta, and the pasta turned out barely cooked. The cheese sauce turned out okay by thickening up after about five minutes sitting off heat.
My spouse was unable to finish his plate therefore I placed it in the fridge. Turned out much, much better the next day, texture-wise that is.
