Big mountain of nachos piled high with cashew queso, pico de gallo, jalapeño crema, avocado, pickled peppers and - the star of the show - the house made mushroom and artichoke chorizo. The chorizo is really unique and flavourful, makes the whole thing totally can’t-put-downable. Full truckload of cilantro on there to top it all off. #veganisnotscary #9090challenge
