🍄 Super colorful bowl from Veganika I had a couple weeks back.

🌷 I chose this one from the menu mainly because I love ginger in all kind of preparations and I was not disappointed!

💜 It consisted of rice noodles with roasted red cabbage, tofu, cucumber, edamame, pickled ginger, shiitake mushrooms, black sesame, and seaweed with a coconut & ginger dressing. The mix of flavours was great!

🌿I would really recommend it, especially in the warmer season as it's a filling but light and fresh dish.
