Next Level founders, Matt and Cierra de Gruyter, took their big idea and risked everything to see it come to life. Cierra and Matt, a former Marine with a successful private equity career, had a comfortable life for their young family. The best thing I've had at Veggie Grill! It was really delicious with vegan  steak, caramelized onions, vegan blue cheese, all on a brioche bun. I got it with roasted mushrooms added and I recommend this upgrade. It was unbelievably tasty! 
My wife and I both agreed that VG was decreasing in quality over the years, but this burger makes up for it.
