This was super tasty.
Two latkes (similar to rostis); one topped with sauteed spinach and creamy pulled oyster mushrooms and the other with cream cheese and carrot lox. The carrot lox was super delicious with a great smoky flavour that was perfectly complimented by the cream cheese.
This dish was really really good.
