Review of Buffalo Tempeh Strip - Lightlife by mynameislisa

I was so excited to see this in my local market because I love the chewiness of tempeh and also the spicy tang of buffalo sauce. I'm not sure why they seem to focus on cooking and serving long strips, because the strips broke in half, and sometimes thirds while I was taking them out of the package. I didn't use oil like the instructions suggested, using a nonstick skillet instead.

I liked these, but I did add some additional Frank's Wing Sauce as I was cooking for a little more heat. Next time I might make a sub sandwich with these, to celebrate the meatiness and ease of preparation.

It's sort of like a dream come true, but tastier.
