So dang good. Delicious and umami marinade, lovely soft rice and mushrooms. This boneless short rib faux meat had a more porky mouthfeel. I look forward to cooking with it 👀 It’s been a really long time since I had yakiniku. Altogether this donburi was good value for money. Currently they have a promotion with Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba for the Mugen Train movie. Cute double sided keychain with Nezuko!
