Next Level founders, Matt and Cierra de Gruyter, took their big idea and risked everything to see it come to life. Cierra and Matt, a former Marine with a successful private equity career, had a comfortable life for their young family. I remember I ordered this on a day where I was feeling kinda gross and in need of a pick me up, and this bowl did a great job with that. It’s both tasty and healthy! Tempeh, brussel sprouts, dark leafy greens, roasted yam, and picked radish. So good!
