This looked interesting on the store shelf. The term "vegan goat cheese" grabbed my attention. Turns out it's a seasoning made of tapioca, nooch, and other seasonings. I liked these crackers but no one I was snacking with was brave enough to try one.
Their loss. These were pretty tasty.
