The Crispy Portobello Burger from Spring Cafe in Chinatown, Manhattan, is delicious, satisfying and an excellent deal. A very generously sized burger with 2 crispy portobello caps, lettuce, tomato, avocado and vegan mayo in a sesame seed bun. At $8.95 at the time of review, it is an excellent deal. Also in the picture are crispy salt-n-pepper mushrooms (king oyster), a must-try at $5.95). The staff are always great and a big bonus is they will gladly use reusable containers for food and drinks, so please bring yours to avoid disposable junk! I never spend money at any business that forces customers to accept unnecessary disposable waste and am very happy to support a place like Spring Cafe.
