On our second trip to Vegan Sandwich Co we got the Reuben, a breakfast burrito and a bottle of raspberry kombucha.
Here's the Reuben: a glorious delight made with two slices of sourdough bread filled with Pastr*mi, sauerkraut, pickles, melted Cheeze and Russian dressing (I'm honestly not sure of what's in this dressing, but it was gooooood!!!).
Out of all the things we tried at Vegan Sandwich Co, this was hands down my favorite! Everything in it was absolute perfection!
The picture I took is so ugly, though 😭😭 I wish I had done it justice 😭 you should totally check their website or their IG, you'll get a glimpse of the beautiful food they make, which I didn't capture in the right way 🥺

Great description! 😆 The picture is good too. I know what you mean; some dishes don't look as good as they are. Unless you cut them open or something but.. Sometimes you just want to eat your food 🤣
The food is what matters, the pictures are just for other people #loveyourself 😛
