Fried seitan, mac n chz, mashed potatoes, braised kale, white pepper gravy, & pickled red onions. Super savory, home cooked southern US style meal :) The seitan nuggets were fantastic. Super chill vibe at this restaurant, fully vegan, & tons of unique menu options. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in Indianapolis!
