We had been given a little taste of this cold soup as a pincho starter upon a previous visit, and liked it so much that the owners offered to make it for us as a first course. Call them them the day before to enjoy this delight, filled with tomato, garlic and red pepper and drizzled with olive oil. So refreshing on a hot day! 6€ for a very healthy sized portion. #refugiotheanimalacademy #kimberleepower
