Great salad with lots of different greens, sprouts and flowers. Additional onions, some potatos, brokkoli, cherry tomatos, almonds and coriander. Served with a light dressing and very good lemon zest cumin carrot flax crackers.
Great meal if one wanna have a light lunch/dinner
