Ooooh this was nice!! We got this from the little ice cream counter outside the cafe, where they also have a couple of other vegan ice cream flavours. Apparently it's even made with local raspberries! One scoop was still a very generous portion, and very reasonably priced in a delicious waffle cone. Highly, highly recommend!
