This is one of those extremely dense texture rye breads (similar texture to a dense, steamed Christmas pudding, rather than more usual fluffy bread),/.
Its pre-sliced into thin, but still substantial, slices, which is good, as it would be tricky to slice.
Refreshingly short ingredient list, & keeps for ages while still sealed.
I like this very much as an occasional thing.
