Teff brown wholegrain comes from Ethiopia, it's a superfood grain, fine grains, with a nutty wholesome taste cooked as porridge. This savoury porridge pictured has Hawaiian sweet potato and chapote fruit added, plus black seed, hemp seed, and bit of cracked pepper on top. It's a nutritious, strengthening, simple dish, what I like on a plantbased diet
