Butter Cafe has the BEST breakfast in Dayton, Ohio! Tofu Scramble with seasoned tofu, plant-based sausage, potatoes, spinach, and tomatoes, plus a side of wheat toast. Tofu Scramble tastes a lot like real eggs and it also has a wonderful texture. It's a great alternative to scrambled eggs. Delicious, and it's high in protein! 💚
