Delicious! A little oily (and it stains - probably turmeric) and very messy, but so yum! Stir-fried cauliflower, 🥦, mixed peppers, mange tout, cabbage and cashew nuts with mild Thai flavours wrapped in lettuce and a wholewheat roti. 👌 🌯,
