If there’s one thing I’ve learned from eating at mamaks, it’s that even the most rancid soon-to-expire ingredients can be made better by throwing curry and ramen noodles at the problem 🥴 Look at slide 2, the colour of this thing is awful and it hardly tastes like sriracha.
