Finally got to try this! Super flavorful and rich broth that was really reminiscent of tonkatsu broth. And tasted extra umami thanks to the porcini oil. Loved that you could also choose the al dente-ness(?) of the noodles too. Mock chashu was kinda underwhelming though but I would definitely go back and request to swap them for some menma instead.
