I was about to say that gourmet chocolate is a dumb waste of your money until I took the first bite... Oh Lord, how wrong was I. This doesn't taste as any other chocolate I've tried before in my life. It's like cookies and cream (my favorite type of store bought chocolate) was always trying to achieve this perfection but failed. And for the non portuguese speakers, this is a white chocolate with cocoa nibs. It's from a local brand that makes artisanal bean to bar chocolate. #curitiba #beantobar #chocolate
