
You are supposed to have a tablespoon of milled flaxseed every day for optimum health. I usually put it in oatmeal but I don’t eat oatmeal every day. How else do people have it? This is nice and very cheap from Aldi.

You can always sprinkle it into a wrap or sandwich for lunch, that’s what I’m trying to do (keep forgetting!) but it goes with anything really!

You can use it as bonding egg substitute in many recepies :) 1tbsp ground flax + 3 tbsp water = 1egg basically need to make a goo from it 😅 it doesn't taste almost at all and just looks quite 'bad'. Let it sit for a while or use hot water to make it quiker ;) I used that in pancakes, waffles, bannana bread, potato panckaes and many other things! Basically wherever you would need an egg to bind ingredients.
