I loved the Sprouts Extra Firm Tofu in this meal!! I marinated it in teriyaki sauce before cooking it - it gave me crispy, caramelized edges! Perfect with some broccoli, mushrooms, Just Egg, and a bed of jasmine rice 😸 #abillionxkinder Does anyone else feel like no matter which tofu they buy, it wasn’t firm enough? All help welcome . . .

Yummy! Have you tried the super firm tofu at sprouts? It’s very meaty, or as meaty as tofu can get, I love it.
