Just wow 😍! This was made by advance order for 4 people and is the best vegan paella I've ever tasted. It included a variety of different vegetables, all in season and locally sourced. The flavour of the rice was also exactly to my liking. To top it all off, I had a couple of glasses of vegan white wine to go with it. UNBEATABLE!
