Staple. Always have on hand. Use this to make salad dressing. You can add water and lemon. And oil, but I stay away from the oil. It is calorie dense so watch that part; known to be liquid gold. Can also put on tofu and bake. Adds nutty flavour. I usually try to make it runnier by adding a liquid. Enjoy
