Review of Vietnam Yam Rolls at nomVnom Xpress (Permanently Closed) by katrinachew

Rolls texture similar to Vietnamese fried spring roll, but yam is used instead. Not too sweet, hence not overpowering in flavour. Well balanced and a good side dish.
