Review of Taco Salad at Blossoming Lotus by pdxveg
This consisted of romaine lettuce, red onions, multicolored cherry and grape tomatoes, avocado, delicious and innovative pecan chorizo, creamy ranch, cashew sour cream, cilantro, black beans, corn, scallions, and crispy tortilla strips. This was both refreshing and hearty, with carefully selected ingredients that went very well together. #saveveganrestaurants
