I often take this to work for lunch if I have no left overs. Super convenient as you just put it in the microwave for about 3 mins (if chilled) or 7.5 mins (if frozen). Vegan and gluten free but still really tasty! I recommend this product if you’re looking for something vegan but quick and easy for lunch or dinner.
