Vegetarian Zha Jiang Noodles no Kopitiam Square —Avaliação do skootykoots (25 de jun. de 2021)

This was really really yumms.
Loosely translated to fermented black bean paste sauce noodles.
Served with u-mian, with lots of sliced cucumber,carrots, n they are not stingy at all with the mushrooms. I find it a wee bit too watery for a dry noodle dish, but tht cld come frm the mushrooms,but it's not a big issue cos I cld just pour out the liquid.
Comes with a bowl of soup.
