I made some strawberry pomegranate punch with this juice concentrate🍓 (I always feel a touch of warmth of the shared cultural appreciation of red as Chinese and BIPOC❣️)
I don’t usually drink fruit juice, but this comes handy for fruity drinks and adds some nice red color. I can see it used as a natural coloring for other things as well 🍰🧇🥞
On its own, as expected, it tastes intensely pomegranate, great base for homemade pomegranate vinaigrette or glaze 🥗
