Review of Fried Popiah (spring roll) at Tian Fook Vegetarian by sibehou
Savoury and tasty turnip shreds in skin that's softish in the middle (because fried and kept on display) but still crisp in the sides where it folds. Perfect as a snack, but the veg inside go very well with rice too! Tad oily, so good reason to pair with nice hot Chinese tea.
