I’m all about convenience especially during the work week. Frozen stuff is so helpful for making quick meals and I love the fact that it doesn’t go bad! These mushrooms were great to throw together a quick meal with sausage and potatoes.

I agree, I love frozen veggies etc. Makes dinner easy. And they're actually healthier since they're frozen so soon after picking.
