Coughlans have collaborated with This UK again to bring us this absolutely amazing sandwich filling. Their chicken pieces mixed with sweetcorn in a vegan Mayo with a hint of oregano. Perfect flavours blended together.
Your choice of how to have it served, in a roll, sand which, baguette or gluten free options.
I went for white bread sandwich with vegan spread and all the salad.
Definitely a new lunchtime favourite!
