Roasted sweet potato, carrots, cherry tomatoes, butterbeans and fresh rocket with basil pesto and pistachios - a really nice quick and fairly healthy and balanced lunch bowl.
The veg is a bit overcooked but altogether a good taste and the pistachios give a nice crunch. I would order it again.
