Eid Mubarak to everyone who is celebrating! 🎊🎉🤗💕 I've saved this review for today; #ayamgeprek is a classic dish from Indonesia, home to the world's largest Muslim population 🇮🇩 Specifically from Java, the original features battered #chicken with a sweet and spicy #sambal sauce 🌶️

This version uses #deepfried #tofu chunks (second image is a close-up) as the chicken, and combines them with two #spicy sambals (the green one is sweet and the red one is just brutal 🌶️😋😋😋). In addition, you get a few bits of #tempeh, some #cabbage shreds, and a choice of white or #brownrice (RM2 extra) topped off with some fried shallots. Ngl it's a bit oily (#sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease 😊), but so thoroughly enjoyable.

Finally, shout-out for the eco-conscious packaging and clear product labelling including allergens 👍🙌
