Miso Soup no Aloha Cafe —Avaliação do pbsofia (12 de mai. de 2021)

This Miso Soup is an entry at Aloha Café, Sesimbra 🌺
It has miso paste, tofu cubes, onion, cabbage (I think 🤔), seaweed (??), sesame seeds, coriander. I don’t remember very well and I can’t find their menu in the internet either, but don’t worry - it’s vegan :) and delicious! The flavour is perhaps a little bit too strong and also spicy, which I love! 🌶

The only downside of this dish is the lack of tofu... This entire soup only had 2 little tofu cubes 😢

Aloha Café is almost 100% vegan. The only non vegan dish on their menu is the scrambled eggs and avocado toast with egg which come from their own organic farm.
