Arguably the best Vegan dish in this restaurant and “up there” for in Philadelphia. In my taste-bud experience, the best “vegan” dishes are the ones that take you beyond the realm of imitation, or attempts to, and instead, offer your senses a fresh and invigorating experience. This restaurant as a whole has a knack for this and this dish is king. Do not go here without ordering, especially if you love that Latin kinda spice, cauliflower, or tacos.
