I was super excited to finally have some vegan sushi and I was not disappointed! John Dory’s offers a yummy platter of 10 pieces using Fry’s prawns. The flavors were awesome and it really satisfied the sushi craving I’ve had since going plant-based.
It would be awesome if they had a bit more variety and tried to utilize other alternative meat style products but overall I was pretty impressed!
