That just blew my 🧠!!!
Never had plantbased 'egg' Benedict and those were 🔥!!!
Grilled tofu with spices, plant made ham, English muffins BUT the Hollandaise ... wow... that was not just peaceful and nutritious but so so yummy!!!
And real good potatoes on the side (I m German..I love potaoes:)
