It’s very difficult to find vegan pancake mix that actually tastes good. This mix is pretty good, more dense rather than fluffy but still overall a good taste and texture. We added blueberries to the mix and a drizzle of maple syrup. Its labeled vegan but calls for an egg and milk lol so we substituted Just Egg and non dairy milk.
