There is so much good flavor in this creation it's hard for me to distinguish individual flavors. I just have never had anything like this before! Five stars!
The Étouffée features an organic blend of oyster, white and brown mushrooms. There is a mound of jasmine rice in the middle. It is accompanied by a crusty, chewy ciabatta from @_lequartier_ . The bun is slathered in a whipped plant-butter blend with the Chef’s signature 7 herbs and fresh garlic.
For size reference, the diameter of the bottom of the bowl is 5 and 3/4 of an inch, the top of the bowl diameter is 6 and 1/4 of an inch. The depth of the bowl is 2 inches.
For me it is a two serving meal.
