5/5 STARS 🙌🙌 This was an exceptional bowl of ramen. The noodles were cooked to perfection and had an enjoyable texture as well as taste. The toppings (bean sprout, green onion, wood-ear mushroom, tofu chashu) all worked harmoniously to bring about a tasteful experience. The real star of this dish, however, is the broth. The vegetarian broth is NOTHING like most other vegetarian broths - no meat was involved, and it was still FILLED WITH FLAVOR. I will definitely be coming back to experience this dish again 😋
