Savory, flavorful and juicy! 🤤 I loved this! Restaurant is super sweet and they were able to make this dish gluten-free for me so without the breading! I was so pleased with this delightful, seasoned eggplant drenched in a yummy sauce under a mouthwatering tomato, onions and a wildflower garnish. @abillion10 #abillionlove
