Nothing says recovery better than a nutritionally dense superfoods CHOCOLATE smoothie! I make my own almond milk so this post 4 hour workout shake has 2 cups almond milk, 3 frozen bananas, 4 medjool dates and 2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder and it was magnificent! 👌
