This sandwich was delicious from Rebel Cheese in Austin, TX! Vegan mozzarella with tomatoes, kale pesto, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil on ciabetta bread. Topped with fresh basil. Soooo yummy!! Also came with a side of vegan pasta salad. 100% vegan restaurant in Austin! Definitely recommend :)
