Oh my goodness! I'm in love with these Irish Nachos!!! It consisted of seasoned waffle fries smothered in cheeze sauce, diced tomatoes, and coconut bacon. Vegan bacon made from coconut?! OH YES!!! Crispy, smoky, just a tad sweet, and so amazingly delicious. I highly recommend Café 1610. Their food never disappoints. 💖
